Actinolite Mineral Specimen
These specimens are from Wrightwood San Bernadino, Califonia, USA. Actinolite is an amphibole silicate mineral that is found in the form of long blades or needle-like structures. It was named after the Greek word “Aktis” which means “beam or ray”. It is a heart chakra stone and is found in shades of green. It brings stabilizing effect in your day too day life and allows you to explore new directions without getting carried away emotionally. It is known to bring balance in mind, body, and spirit. A great stone who finds it hard to make decisions. It will help overcome any self-worth issues and fears in moving forward. A good stone to carry if settling in a new country or environment, as it helps adapt to the surroundings. Physically Actinolite is good for boosting metabolism and strengthening the immune system.
How to use this crystal?
- Hold the crystals in your palm after cleansing and charging them.

How to cleanse the crystals?
- Even though all our crystals are washed and cleansed before we ship them out to you, it would be best if you wash them in cold running water when you receive them.
- Holding them under a tap is best.

Long term tips
