Loose Sage for Smudging
Sage is a wonderful tool that can be used to remove stale and negative energy from your house or any space. Smudging has been traditionally used to safeguard against negativity that could interfere with sleep. It's also been used to improve sleep and soothe anxiety.
How to use sage?
- Place a few sage leaves in a container or a sage burner.
- Once the flame goes off, walk around your space so that the smoke reaches every point in the room/home.
- Open a window or door to let out the smoke.
- Allow the sage to burn out.
How long does it take for the smudging to show its effect?
- Usually, the effect is instant and you should be able to feel the energy lighten up in a few minutes after saving.
- We recommend smudging at least two to three times a week, or whenever the energy feels heavy or negative.
