I bought this stone because I heard it is a forgiveness stone. This is an intense stone that will bring up your past hurt in your mind so you can accept it, forgive yourself and others, learn the lessons it taught you, make peace with your past so you move on in your life. I kept it on bed and I definitely felt its intensity. You might have to take break from the stone every now and then. If you don't mind getting face to face with your past hurts, this is a very good stone. It will hold your hand and assist you to work through pain. I feel much lighter and less bogged down in life. This only came from working through my past pain/trauma and not running away from it.
