Blue-Green Kyanite Mineral Specimen

This rare bi-colour Kyanite specimen is from Itabira, BRAZIL. Kyanite usually appears as opaque but this specimen has a stunning gemmy semi-translucent appearance. This is a sizeable crystal from the find, and as you can see, the color zoning is dramatic. We have sourced it from the Tucson Gem and Mineral show, USA 2023. It weighs approximately 38.5 gms.
