This Boltwoodite specimen is from New Method Mine, California, USA, which is a former Uranium mine. It is a rare specimen of bright yellow sprays of Boltwoodite, purple micro-crystals of Fluoborite, a rare borate mineral, dark purple to black Fluorite crystals, and colorless Fluorite and Quartz crystals on matrix. We have sourced it from the Tucson Gem and Mineral show, USA 2023. It weighs approximately 37.2 gms.

Boltwoodite is a rare hydrous uranium silicate. Boltwoodite crystals are acicular or fibrous, tiny (less than 1 cm), and usually occur in radiating yellow aggregates. It is a highly radioactive mineral.

The energy of this particular piece seems very uplifting. A complete combination with fluorite bringing focus to your third eye chakra for intuition and visualisation, and Boltwoodite bringing power and light to your solar plexus chakra for manifestation, personal power, and leadership!
