Your packing is good but you should/must appoint a person to check size shape quality of a crystal before dispatch it .I received cracked crystal from one side . Citrine .

Thank you for your feedback. We do a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, we do not smoothen the natural cracks and dents of the stone as we feel it reduces the feel of the crystals.
