Dog Tooth Calcite from Morocco
This honey/beige/brown colored calcite is found in the Jebel Saghro region of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. The shape of the calcite is like a dog's tooth, and hence the name dog tooth calcite. This formation of calcite is also known as scalenohedral, where the crystal is characterized by an arrangement of triangular faces that meet at pointed ends. Calcite helps connect the physical and spiritual worlds. It is an energy amplifier and helps to activate the chakras. Brown colored calcites are known to help with grounding and connect with the root chakra, the solar plexus and the sacral chakras.
How to use this crystal?
- Hold the crystals in your palm after cleansing and charging them.
