Copal from Madagascar
Copal belongs to the category of organic gems and crystals. These are formed from living organisms and not by geological forces as in other crystals. Copal is known as a natural resin and is a crystallized form of the sap of a special variety of trees. This is formed about a hundred thousand years ago. It is similar to Amber but is newer as compared to Amber. Copal is known to enhance spiritual practice. It is an excellent stone for meditation and enhances visualization. It has been used to honor deities and ancestors. In ancient times it was even used as currency. It is one of the best crystals for spiritual growth and transformation.

How Long does it take for crystals to show effects?
- The time frame depends on person to person and situation to situation, but based on our experience we have seen it generally takes 21 to 48 days for changes to settle in.
How to cleanse the crystals?
- Even though all our crystals are washed and cleansed before we ship them out to you, it would be best if you wash them in cold running water when you receive them.
- Holding them under a tap is best.
- Use sage, moonlight or any of the other cleansing methods.
