Calming stone.

This stone has been a boon for my headaches whenever i overthink. This is a very gentle energy stone. I place it over my third eye chakra and after a while my headaches are gone and I feel more calm and peaceful. Sometimes I even go to sleep while the stone is kept on my forehead in third eye chakra as it really calms me down from head to toe. Definitely recommend this to anyone who feels tense and have tension headaches due to overthinking.
