Abalone Shells & White Shells
Abalone Shells are primarily used as smudge bowls to hold sage smudge sticks. They do have some healing properties of their own besides that as well. The rough edges are an inherent part of the shell. This is natural and has not been polished or repaired. The slightly uneven edges do not change the energy of the shell. The ancient Native Americans believed that burning sage with Abalone takes their message to heaven. Abalone helps deal with emotional turmoil and brings feelings of love, compassion, and peace. Its rough exterior and beautifully colored inside remind us that after a storm comes calm and peace. It has inner beauty and gentle warm vibrations. - The medium white shell size is approximately 5 X 4 inches in size.
- The Large white shell size is approximately 7 X 5 inches in size.
- The Small Abalone Shell is 9 to 11 cm X 6.5 to 8 cm in size.

How to cleanse this crystal?
- Even though all our crystals are washed and cleansed before we ship them out to you, it would be best if you wash them in cold running water when you receive them. Holding them under a tap is best.

How long does it take for the crystals to show their effect?
- The time frame depends on person to person and situation to situation. Based on our experience we have seen it generally takes 21 to 48 days for changes to settle in.
Crystal Care Tips:
- Remember to keep cleansing and charging your crystals every two to four weeks.
- If your crystals get damaged/broken, it is recommended to bury it in the earth or immerse it in a river or lake.
