This bracelet is a combination of 8mm round beads in Angelite, Rose Quartz, Yellow Aventurine, and Garnet. Based on our experience working with these crystals, we have combined them to form a bracelet that gives relief to headaches. The bracelet must be worn for 4-5 hours a day and must be regularly cleansed. Since each person is unique the effect of crystals is different for each person, and these are not a substitute for medication.
